Bittersweet Quilts Spring Retreat I (Apr 19-22)

Bittersweet Quilts is very excited to sponsor our fourth annual Christian Women’s Quilting Retreat.  This will be a chance to get away from the daily pressures of life and fellowship with other women while finishing a project.  The retreat is not limited to quilting, however.  You may bring knitting, crochet, embroidery, tatting, scrapbooking or whatever your favorite craft may be. 

The retreat will be held on a church campground facility located near Racine, MO.  The cost of the retreat is $125.00 and will include all meals prepared and cleaned up just for you, lodging and classes/demos.  Lodging options are dormitory style, cabins which accommodate up to six or RV hookup.  If you want/need a cabin to yourself we can accommodate this request.  The shower facility is located down the hallway if you are in the dormitory, down the pathway for the cabins and RVers-well you’ve got it made.  There will be a daily devotional, classes/demos, a bed turning, a trunk show by Ms. Marion Woods, opportunities to shop at Bittersweet Quilts and a plethora of giveaways and fun!!  Check out the pictures in our gallery of past retreats.

A $70.00 non-refundable deposit is due on or before April 1, 2012 to guarantee a reservation. Space is limited so don’t delay sending in your registration. 

 IMPORTANT FOR ON-LINE REGISTRATION:

 The total cost of the retreat is $125.00.  If you are going to do an on-line registration, your card will be charged the non-refundable deposit of $70.00, and this will guarantee your spot for the retreat. The rest of your registration fee will be charged when you physically arrive at the campground.
